Requirements

Strong knowledge of social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Snapchat) and a basic understanding of Google Analytics.
Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution modelling, and tracking principles.
Ideally a Dutch speaker with a creative mindset.
2–3 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing objectives—spanning awareness, engagement, and performance.
Build and execute a successful social media strategy across all relevant channels (both paid and organic), including channel setup, planning, and community management.
Handle end-to-end campaign setup, including targeting, budgets, creatives, and optimisation of brand, performance, app-install, and dynamic feed campaigns.
Track and measure key KPIs, using insights to evaluate performance and inform strategic improvements.
Analyse campaign data to assess ROI, user engagement, and opportunities for optimisation, enabling data-driven decision making.
Provide clear, effective briefs to agencies and internal creative teams, ensuring the delivery of cohesive and impactful assets tailored to platform requirements and best-performing formats.
