Join our growing Media Performance team as the, Paid Search Manager, where youll oversee enterprise-level search campaigns and drive performance. This role is central to our digital marketing efforts, collaborating with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and platform reps to ensure our campaigns are optimized, compliant, and impactful. Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search
  • Expertise in Google Ads and SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, pharma)
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Google Ads certifications (SA360, DV360)
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and HIPAA
  • Experience managing agency/vendor relationships

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid search strategy across Google Ads and other platforms
  • Manage campaign setup, keyword strategy, bidding, and creative
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR, and brand standards
  • Explore innovations in AI, voice search, and MarTech integrations
