About The Position

This is a full-time, hands-on development opportunity designed for individuals interested in launching a career in digital marketing. No prior paid media experience is required. Instead, we are looking for someone with grit, curiosity, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn. We are especially excited about candidates who are looking to transition into paid media from another industry or professional background. This role is a great fit for someone who has already developed foundational workplace skills, such as communication, time management, problem-solving, or analytical thinking, and is now eager to apply those strengths in a new, fast-growing field. Prior experience in paid media is not required, but we value the perspective, maturity, and accountability that come from having worked in a professional environment before. If you are looking to pivot your career, build a new skill set, and grow within digital marketing, this role was designed with you in mind. As a Paid Search Coordinator, you will go through a structured training program focused on building a strong foundation in digital marketing, paid search strategy, and data analysis. You will learn how search engines work, how paid search campaigns are structured, and how campaign performance is measured and optimized. Throughout the program, you will further develop your skills in Excel, data interpretation, and client communication. Our Paid Search team manages search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, for both e-commerce and lead generation clients. As your confidence and skillset grow, you will transition into hands-on account support, assisting Paid Search team members with the day-to-day work required to drive performance and growth.
