Requirements
- Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs
- Apply strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable strategies
- Manage agency relationships and external partner performance effectively
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Execute strategic initiatives while maintaining attention to operational details
- Understand affiliate marketing platforms, tracking technologies, and industry trends
- Bring experience with global affiliate programs and international markets
- Apply knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and performance marketing strategies
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies that align with revenue targets and business objectives
- Managing global agency relationships and partner performance to ensure delivery against agreed metrics
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Legal teams to align channel strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness
- Analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement optimization strategies across the affiliate channel
- Building and nurturing relationships with key affiliate partners to expand the partner ecosystem and unlock new market opportunities
