About The Position

The Paid Media Solutions Lead combines technical media expertise and client-facing strategy in developing and executing Ad sales solutions that blend paid media and branded content across MrBeast’s ecosystem, including YouTube, social platforms, and owned-and-operated channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing first-of-their-kind media solutions for campaign implementation, measurement and long-term partnership goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, partner solutions, and platform teams to ensure flawless execution and drive full-funnel performance for the world’s leading brands.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in media strategy, digital ad ops, or performance marketing, ideally at a publisher or media agency
  • Comfort “in the weeds”: Familiar with GAM, DV360, YouTube Ads, and ideally TikTok/Meta ad platforms
  • Cross-functional champ: You can easily work with creative, sales, and production teams
  • Measurement pro: Know your way around full-funnel measurement tools (brand lift, attribution, pixel tracking, etc.)
  • Go-getter attitude: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and love working with others

Responsibilities

  • Be a paid media engineer: You'll be the go-to person for turning paid media across platforms (YouTube, social, etc.) into a well-oiled machine. Handle trafficking, tagging, and delivery using tools like Google Ad Manager (GAM), YouTube Analytics, and other measurement tools
  • Mix tech and strategy: It's all about using your media smarts to create killer ad solutions for clients. You'll be constantly trying out new ways to make campaigns better, from start to finish
  • Team player: You'll work with sales, partner solutions, and platform teams to get awesome workflows and quality checks in place for super consistent campaign execution
  • Optimize everything: Make sure all campaigns are performing their best for viewability, completion, and other client goals
