About The Position

Super Star Car Wash is building a high-performance digital marketing engine focused on measurable growth, data-driven targeting, and continuous optimization. We are looking for a Paid Media Performance Manager who brings deep platform expertise and hands-on execution experience across paid search and paid social. This is a highly technical and hands-on role for someone who knows advertising platforms inside and out and enjoys being directly responsible for campaign performance. You will own execution, optimization, testing, and performance improvement across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. While strategic direction and investment priorities will be set in partnership with the Director of Digital & Lifecycle, this role will serve as SSCWs day-to-day paid media expert and platform owner, responsible for translating strategy into performance through strong execution and optimization discipline. You will be empowered to closely monitor performance trends, identify opportunities, and recommend optimizations based on real campaign data and platform expertise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both a technical performance marketer and growth optimizersomeone who takes pride in improving results through smarter structure, testing, and platform expertise. This role will be based in our North Phoenix corporate support center and offers a hybrid schedule of three days in office and 2 days remote.

Requirements

  • 7+ years paid media experience managing campaigns directly
  • Deep hands-on expertise in: Google Ads (Search required) Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram required) TikTok Ads (strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record improving ROAS, CAC, and acquisition efficiency
  • Experience managing annual paid media budgets of seven or more figures
  • Strong technical understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization levers
  • B2C or multi-location retail experience preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data and making optimization decisions
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and attribution fundamentals
  • Familiarity working with customer data platforms (CDPs) or audience data integrations is a strong plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated experience as a hands-on campaign operator, not just agency management
  • Comfort working in a data-driven marketing environment leveraging first-party data and audience insights to improve performance
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational discipline

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Execution & Platform Ownership
  • Own hands-on campaign execution across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Manage campaigns across TikTok and other emerging paid social platforms
  • Build and manage campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, and budgets
  • Serve as SSCWs primary technical expert across paid media platforms
  • Maintain strong campaign structure, naming conventions, and account organization
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Monitor daily performance across campaigns including Impression share, CPA, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTR/LTV contribution
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through audience refinement, bidding adjustments, creative testing, and channel allocation
  • Identify performance trends early and proactively recommend improvements
  • Drive efficiency improvements and scaling opportunities
  • Maintain strong pacing discipline and budget management
  • Testing & Growth Optimization
  • Design and execute structured A/B tests across audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Identify new channel opportunities and testing strategies
  • Implement testing roadmaps to improve acquisition efficiency
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven experimentation
  • Measurement & Technical Discipline
  • Ensure proper tracking setup including pixels, UTMs, conversion events, and attribution alignment
  • Partner with Analytics to ensure data accuracy and performance visibility
  • Maintain campaign documentation and performance tracking frameworks
  • Ensure strong technical hygiene across platforms
  • Insights & Recommendations
  • Act as SSCWs closest voice to paid media performance trends
  • Provide clear insights into what is working, what is not, and where investment should shift
  • Recommend optimizations across channels, audiences, and creative strategies
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for the marketing team
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Brand to improve creative performance
  • Support major marketing initiatives with paid acquisition strategy
  • Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing to improve customer journey performance
  • Collaborate with Analytics on performance reporting and insights
