The Paid Media Manager - Retail Media & Search is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of Hamilton Beach Brands’ paid search and retail media advertising programs. This role drives measurable revenue growth across key retail marketplaces through data-driven campaign management, strategic media investment decisions, and continuous optimization of digital advertising performance. This position is the subject matter expert for paid media performance across key retail media networks – including Walmart Connect and Target Roundel – as well as Google Ads platforms. Working closely with Retail Sales teams, agency partners, and internal analytics resources, the Paid Media Manager leverages campaign analytics and marketplace insights to improve conversion performance, maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), and strengthen Hamilton Beach Brands’ digital shelf presence across major retail partners. This position is based in Glen Allen, Va, and will be a hybrid role. This position will report to the Consumer Digital Marketing Manager.
