We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Paid Search Supervisor to join our Media team. This role is designed for an experienced performance marketer with 5+ years of hands-on paid search expertise who is ready to lead client strategy, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation across accounts. As a Paid Search Supervisor, you will oversee the development and execution of sophisticated paid search programs, ensuring alignment with broader media strategies and client business objectives. You will serve as a key day-to-day client contact, a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, and a leader within the paid search discipline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience, preferably within an advertising agency environment.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads platforms, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360; Walmart Connect experience is a plus.
  • Strong Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead paid search strategies across multiple accounts or large budgets.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, tagging, and basic attribution models.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and attribution models.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid search strategy across multiple clients, aligning campaigns with business goals and full-funnel media plans.
  • Partner with the Associate Media Director of Paid Search on annual planning, forecasting, budget allocation, and growth roadmaps.
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion, testing, automation, and audience development.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and beta opportunities.
  • Oversee campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding approaches, audience targeting, and creative testing.
  • Ensure best practices are followed across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Walmart Connect.
  • Guide advanced optimization strategies including smart bidding, audience layering, automation, and feed-based campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients on paid search initiatives.
  • Present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and testing roadmaps in client meetings.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and proposal development.
  • Manage and mentor Paid Search Campaign Managers and junior team members.
  • Provide guidance on campaign execution, QA processes, and performance analysis.
  • Review reporting and deliverables to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Support team development through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee reporting frameworks to ensure clear performance storytelling and actionable insights.
  • Analyze cross-channel performance data to inform integrated media strategy.
  • Drive testing agendas and measurement approaches that improve efficiency and ROI.
