About The Position

Tacton is seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager, Global ABM to lead and scale our global digital paid strategy with a strong emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Paid Search (Google PPC). You will work closely with a data-forward marketing team that is deeply connected to pipeline performance—tracking metrics from MQL to SQL to pipeline and revenue. This role requires someone who can own complex digital paid programs, optimize multi-channel investment, and drive measurable growth within target accounts. This position is ideal for someone with strong agency experience in digital paid media, deep expertise in ABM, and proficiency in managing highly technical Google Ads programs.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid media.
  • Agency background or equivalent experience running complex digital paid programs.
  • Proven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience
  • Channel Expertise: Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads
  • Expertise in digital paid media across multiple channels
  • Strong ability to manage and scale technical Google Ads campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with 6Sense
  • Fluency in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of attribution, ROI modeling, and the B2B sales cycle

Responsibilities

  • Own, scale, and optimize Tacton’s global paid digital media strategy across Google, 6Sense and additional ABM advertising channels.
  • Plan, launch, and manage targeted ABM campaigns across various paid channels, with a focus on Google.
  • Build and execute targeted 1:1 and 1: few ABM programs focused on pipeline acceleration and revenue impact.
  • Lead, manage and optimize complex paid search program; ensure campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and measurement are executed at an advanced technical level.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to align on account strategy, attribution, and ROI.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, highlighting your command over performance data to improve MQL → SQL conversion and influence revenue outcomes.
  • Develop scalable processes for targeting, segmentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Own attribution insights, ensuring accurate tracking across Google, 6Sense HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Serve as the in-house digital paid expert—bringing best practices, innovation, and platform fluency into the team.
