As a Paid Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing media buying strategies across various digital platforms. You will play a critical role in driving paid traffic, improving ROAS, and ensuring that our ads reach the right audience at the right time. This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented individual with experience in managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) as a media buyer or in a similar role, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and other media buying platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat and more. Key Focus for this role: Pinterest, X, Snapchat, Reddit.
  • Manage daily ad spend and budgets to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns and ensure profitability.
  • Perform audience research to define target demographics and develop audience segments for campaigns.
  • Analyze and interpret data from media campaigns to optimize performance and ensure KPIs such as CPA and ROAS are met.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ digital advertising strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media to implement new strategies and platforms.
  • Test and implement new media buying tools and technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
