As a Paid Media Associate, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of UJA's digital marketing efforts, helping to execute and optimize our paid media campaigns across various digital channels including social media, search, display, and programmatic platforms. In this role, you'll be assisting with campaign setup, monitoring, and basic optimization to ensure the smooth execution of paid media strategies. This position works closely day-to-day with the Digital Media Manager and collaborates with internal marketing and creative teams and external vendors to execute and improve paid media campaigns. This role is ideal for an entry- to mid-level professional eager to build their skills in paid media and contribute to impactful campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
