As Paid Media Analyst at CAVA, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of brand campaigns and initiatives. The Paid Media Analyst supports the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital, traditional & emerging channels. Acting as a key connector between Brand Marketing, Creative, and Media teams, this role ensures campaigns are delivered on-brand, on-time, and aligned to performance goals. From managing timelines and creative trafficking to monitoring results and supporting reporting, you’ll bring CAVA’s national paid media strategy to market while contributing to ongoing testing, optimization, and media trend research. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytically curious self-starter eager to grow within a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment.
