About The Position

We’re looking for an analytical, innovative paid media talent to help us scale customer acquisition efforts for a Fortune 50 client in the telecommunications industry. This role will focus on launching new campaigns, optimizing performance to drive customer growth, and communicating the performance story with our partners.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a passion for performance marketing and growth economics.
  • Curiosity demonstrated through experience proactively pressure-testing best practices via structured experimentation, translating test insights into strategic roadmaps.
  • Advanced excel skills and preferably SQL experience, with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Prefer demonstrated experience (1-3 years) executing paid media strategy and performance for high-volume or complex acquisition programs.
  • Experience navigating attribution, incrementality, and measurement bias, while maintaining execution and optimization velocity.
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or client-facing stakeholders is a plus, including the ability to communicate strategy and performance clearly.
  • Desire to work hands-on in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven, analytically rigorous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition at scale.
  • Launch new campaigns and initiatives aligned with partner goals, testing new strategies to improve efficiency and grow customer acquisition.
  • Continuously analyze performance data, surfacing actionable recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and profitability.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, compelling insights that tell the performance story to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Leverage analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, LLMs, Hightouch, and Google Tag Manager to monitor, understand, and optimize paid media performance, attribution, and incrementality.
  • Continuously iterate through experimentation, rigorously leveraging A/B and multivariate testing, to drive incremental improvements across core KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, engineering, and customer experience teams to optimize the end-to-end user journey—from impression to conversion.
  • Maintain and grow best-in-class paid media practices, staying current on product innovations and new strategies by building relationships with vendors.
