We're looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join our team and own the full lifecycle of Google and Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of multifamily property management clients — while also serving as their primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and day-to-day resource. This is not a behind-the-scenes role. It's equal parts hands-on paid media execution and high-touch client relationship management. Your clients will rely on you, and you'll take pride in that accountability. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads — whether in a dedicated paid media role or as part of a broader marketing position
  • Strong understanding of CPC bidding, keyword strategy, account structure, and performance metrics
  • Outstanding client-facing skills — you build rapport quickly, communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and never let things fall through the cracks
  • A natural sense of accountability and ownership
  • Exceptional attention to detail in both campaign execution and communication
  • Comfort working within structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the multifamily / property management industry
  • A background in a client-facing marketing role — account management, marketing coordinator, digital marketing specialist, etc.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Editor

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads.
  • Monitor spend pacing, maintain account hygiene, QA campaigns before and after launch, and optimize for key metrics including CPA and ROAS.
  • Be the primary point of contact for your client portfolio.
  • Lead regular performance meetings, respond to client inquiries with urgency and professionalism, set clear expectations, and be the expert your clients count on.
  • Develop and present paid media strategies, deliver ongoing recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative direction, and ensure every campaign reflects each client's current leasing and occupancy goals.
  • Translate campaign data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Work within established playbooks, SOPs, and naming conventions to ensure consistency across the portfolio.
  • Log issues, document campaign changes, and provide feedback that helps improve workflows and reporting accuracy.
