This position will help plan, implement, monitor and analyze our current and future eCommerce advertising and marketing campaigns (including Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, and others) and support the expansion of the Company's rapidly growing pet business by owning the Advertising/Marketing components. Set-up, manage, execute and analyze Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while hitting ROI goals Recommend, Create, and A/B Test Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display campaigns Work with the eCommerce team to develop and implement marketing growth and profitability strategy Work with the eCommerce team to develop a promotional calendar and marketing strategy Monitor and identify market and competitor trends Partner with eCommerce and brand teams to optimize and develop messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines and Amazon standards to increase sales and conversions Perform regular tracking and analysis on the performance of each advertising channel and campaign Review retailer managed campaigns and social campaigns for performance metrics, analyze data and report on most successful tactics to shape future campaigns Present data and campaign performance recaps to leadership periodically as needed
