About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Paid Ads Manager (B2B Accounting Automation) in United States. In this role, you will own and scale paid acquisition efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, directly impacting revenue growth and lead generation for a B2B accounting automation business. You will develop structured campaigns from the ground up, optimize performance through disciplined testing, and manage budgets across channels to maximize ROI. Operating in a lean, metrics-driven environment, you will collaborate with creative and sales teams to refine messaging, test new ideas, and continuously improve conversion rates. This is a high-ownership role with autonomy, requiring strong analytical skills, technical tracking expertise, and hands-on execution. You will have the opportunity to shape paid strategy, contribute to revenue growth, and influence marketing operations in a remote-first setup. Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience managing B2B paid media campaigns, preferably in professional services, SaaS, or finance-related industries.
  • Proven expertise in running campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience setting up technical tracking infrastructure, pixels, and CRM integrations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, make budget decisions, and optimize campaigns independently.
  • Excellent written communication skills and structured reporting abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first, high-autonomy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Develop structured, data-driven campaign strategies aligned with target audiences, ICPs, and revenue objectives.
  • Build and manage end-to-end campaign setups, including audience segmentation, pixel and event tracking, CRM integration, and attribution management.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and refine ad copy, visuals, and landing page messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve conversion rates, ROAS, and CAC metrics.
  • Monitor performance dashboards, identify funnel bottlenecks, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Allocate budgets effectively across platforms, balancing experimentation and scaling winning campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, document insights, and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
