Packout Team Lead

Western Smokehouse Partners is looking for a Packout Team lead. This position will lead and train employees to understand and run machinery safely and efficiently. Lead the RTE production crew by planning the RTE daily schedule, planning which products are to be run on the machines, and work with the Superintendent to understand priorities on packaging for shipping and purchase order fulfillment. Communicate with RTE production crew on expectations for packaging, and final pack. Be a resource for questions related to packaging, and final pack. Verify logs and collect or report data for company scorecards and quality teams. Basic troubleshooting and communication with the maintenance assistant on machine issues. Computer skills related to Microsoft office and email, as well as knowledge of labeling media and printers.
