The Packer is responsible for checking proper weight of finished bags and packs into appropriate carton.

Requirements

  • Must be able to regularly lift 35 pounds.
  • Vision requirement should be 20/40 for near and far vision.

Responsibilities

  • Forms and stacks cartons.
  • Checks individual bags for product weight and packs into box.
  • Guides box through tape machine.
  • Labels boxes and palletizes finished product.
  • Sift product for possible foreign material.
  • Must pass an eye exam.
  • Inspect package seals for possible leakers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
