Requirements

  • Must have previous packing experience
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs; continuously
  • Integrity - Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability
  • Working knowledge of the English language, both oral and written
  • Ability to perform work in a safe manner
  • Ability to keep a clean and neat workstation (6S)
  • Must have high attention-to-detail and strong vision and hearing
  • Ability to perform repeated physical tasks
  • Ability to stand for 8 - 10 hours a day
  • Skilled in active listening and following directions
  • Good communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Use Bagging machine to bag product for shipment in high volume, small quantities of small parts/components
  • Accurately count components to ship per daily work orders
  • Bag components using a machine, heat seal plastic bags and print labels
  • Act as a fill-in within assembly as required
