Osmo is headquartered in New York, NY, with a new facility in New Jersey, and offices in Somerville, MA. Osmo is seeking a Packer to support our fragrance production operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving finished formulas, blending and repacking products into final containers, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining quality and throughput.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environments preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable handling liquids, bottles, and packaging materials
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a production team
  • Reliable, efficient, and quality-focused

Responsibilities

  • Receive finished formulas from compounding and verify batch identity, quantities, and documentation
  • Blend and homogenize compounded materials in accordance with SOPs
  • Transfer bulk formulas into final bottles or containers accurately and efficiently
  • Apply labels, seals, lot codes, and packaging components per quality standards
  • Assemble kits or multi-unit orders as required
  • Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring order accuracy and proper protection
  • Stage completed orders for shipping and fulfillment handoff
  • Inspect finished products for defects, leaks, or labeling errors
  • Maintain clean and organized packaging workstations
  • Adhere to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards
