We’re looking for hard-working Packers to join a fast-paced production team in a cold environment. Role Summary Portion diced meat into bags, trays, and vacuum packaging Move portioned steaks from the conveyor belt to boxes or vacuum film Verify weights using a scale Seal packaged product with a hand sealer Follow instructions and work well with the team Maintain all safety, quality, and food-handling standards Perform additional duties as needed Working Conditions & Requirements Cold environment down to -10°F Must handle frozen meat throughout the shift Steel-toe shoes required, dress warmly Stand for long periods, repetitive hand work Lift 50–75 lbs. (two-person lift available) Schedule: Mon–Fri: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch). Most Saturdays: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
