Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follow and support all Company safety, GMP and ISO policies. Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies. Perform required quality checks and understand the quality standards. Quality of the product. Insure the correct boxes are used. Insure correct labels are being applied to the boxes. Insure correct amount of product is placed in the boxes. Insure correct product is placed in the boxes. Reports bad quality product to Section Lead. Maintain good housekeeping. Reads “Traveler” – Bill of Materials (BOM) Checks special instructions. Must pass electric pallet jack certification. Work on lines, LD 98 & 9, AG Line & Fume Line Work in the Packing area, lines LD 3, 4 &12, lines HD 12 & 21. Packing Area Set up tapers and change tape rolls. Set up and trouble shoot box erectors. Set up label applicator Safe operation of bin lift Safe handling of the bin gates. Know pallet stacking formations for all orders. In Line Packer Safely pulling of plastic and picking up scrap. Help string up downstream equipment. Know pallet stacking formation for all orders. Safe handling of hand taper and replacing the tape roll. Manual box making.
