The desired candidate will be a dependable team-oriented individual with a strongfocus on maintaining a high level of safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (minimum)
- Manufacturing or warehousing experience preferred
- Good Math/Computer skills
- Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. during shift
- Must be able to lift, stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Pack aluminum extrusions into boxes or crates with regard to shape, color, and quality as required by order
- Enter order data into computer.
- Complete all required quality checks of materials
- Apply correct shipping labels to boxes.
- Pack brake metal radius, flat sheet, and non-standard items as required by the order.
- Clean packing area to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain a high level of safety awareness within the department
- All other duties assigned by your Supervisor and/or Manager.
