About The Position

We are currently seeking a Packer Courier to join the team at Savory Hospitality. Our ideal candidate will anticipate and address the needs of the company and our clientele with a heavy focus on order fulfillment, presentation, safety, and delivery logistics. The Packer-Courier will successfully deliver, and set-up completed orders, while encompassing the full Savory spirit and providing high-quality service to our clientele. In addition, the Packer – Courier will also be responsible for communicating any on-site/ off-site issues with transport, order fulfillment or client dissatisfaction. Other essential duties include supporting the hospitality and culinary teams.

Requirements

Effective and regular communication with clients, colleagues and managers
Creating labels and stickers for client orders with specific requests or dietary needs on all daily orders
Working daily with logistics, culinary, and facility management to help guide all daily and weekly orders
Familiarity with understanding and fulfilling BEOs (will train the right person)
Knowledgeable about Savory’s services and menu options, answers confidently about Savory’s services if a client has questions or needs suggestions for their next order
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, ability to repeatedly lift up to 25lbs
Ability to assist with offsite events and client visits
Must have a keen eye and pay close attention to details (can find and solve any issues without supervision)
Ability to build and foster relationships with individuals within the organization
Has at least 2 years of experience with high volume catering, restaurants, or hospitality entities
Must be a team player with a warm personality and honest values
Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and holidays
