About The Position

Lead the development of new package formats: This includes taking the lead on the design, functionality, and quality aspects of innovative packaging solutions. Customer focus: Leading collaboration projects with major CPGs to design the next generation of packaging. Be responsible for building high levels of collaboration across the organization. Partner with manufacturing: Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to enhance the quality and consistency of packaging production. Package Re-design: Analyze existing market packages and lead redesign efforts to improve our offerings. Quality Improvement Team: Serve as a key member of the Quality Improvement Team, contributing expertise in packaging and process optimization. Resolve customer concerns: Address and resolve customer issues related to packaging and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Self-starter with a strong desire to accomplish goals

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing
• CAD design knowledge
• Microsoft programs
• SQC tools and methodology
