About The Position

To stage, fill, cap, label, and over pack liquid, powder, and lyophilized products per approved packaging specifications and according to safety and quality protocols.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
1+ year experience in packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, processing, or customer service environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Fill, cap, and label chemical products
3+ months of experience in ISO/GMP regulated environment
3+ months of chemical packaging, manufacturing, or scientific/laboratory experience
Ability to do basic math-including metrics and conversions
Knowledge of safety rules, GMP, SOP’s, UOP’s
Mechanical skills with ability to use pumps, electronic balances, and material handling equipment
Troubleshoot automated packaging equipment
Strong written and oral communication skills and problem-solving skills
Ability to train others and work in a team setting
Experience with hand tools

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and clean semi-automated and automated filling, capping, and labeling equipment.
Perform manual and aseptic filling of liquids and powders, including hazardous materials in controlled environments.
Accurately document packaging activities per FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements and deliver products to inventory.
Use pumps, filters, and electronic balances to process, weigh, and transfer bulk materials.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow all quality, safety, and PPE protocols.
Participate in equipment troubleshooting, process improvements, and required safety trainings.
Collaborate with team members, assist in training, and contribute to 6S and audit-readiness efforts.
