Your Role: To stage, fill, cap, label, and over pack liquid, powder, and lyophilized products per approved packaging specifications and according to safety and quality protocols.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, processing, or customer service environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Fill, cap, and label chemical products
  • 3+ months of experience in ISO/GMP regulated environment
  • 3+ months of chemical packaging, manufacturing, or scientific/laboratory experience
  • Ability to do basic math-including metrics and conversions
  • Knowledge of safety rules, GMP, SOP’s, UOP’s
  • Mechanical skills with ability to use pumps, electronic balances, and material handling equipment
  • Troubleshoot automated packaging equipment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to train others and work in a team setting

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and clean semi-automated and automated filling, capping, and labeling equipment.
  • Perform manual and aseptic filling of liquids and powders, including hazardous materials in controlled environments.
  • Accurately document packaging activities per FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements and deliver products to inventory.
  • Use pumps, filters, and electronic balances to process, weigh, and transfer bulk materials.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow all quality, safety, and PPE protocols.
  • Participate in equipment troubleshooting, process improvements, and required safety trainings.
  • Collaborate with team members, assist in training, and contribute to 6S and audit-readiness efforts.
