Your Role: To stage, fill, cap, label, and over pack liquid, powder, and lyophilized products per approved packaging specifications and according to safety and quality protocols.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, processing, or customer service environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Fill, cap, and label chemical products
- 3+ months of experience in ISO/GMP regulated environment
- 3+ months of chemical packaging, manufacturing, or scientific/laboratory experience
- Ability to do basic math-including metrics and conversions
- Knowledge of safety rules, GMP, SOP’s, UOP’s
- Mechanical skills with ability to use pumps, electronic balances, and material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot automated packaging equipment
- Strong written and oral communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train others and work in a team setting
- Experience with hand tools
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and clean semi-automated and automated filling, capping, and labeling equipment.
- Perform manual and aseptic filling of liquids and powders, including hazardous materials in controlled environments.
- Accurately document packaging activities per FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements and deliver products to inventory.
- Use pumps, filters, and electronic balances to process, weigh, and transfer bulk materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow all quality, safety, and PPE protocols.
- Participate in equipment troubleshooting, process improvements, and required safety trainings.
- Collaborate with team members, assist in training, and contribute to 6S and audit-readiness efforts.
