Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of around 100 associates. A Taste of Your Responsibilities You will operate different machines and equipment. Along with monitoring and troubleshooting the production equipment, you will be supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow. You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers. You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards. Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements. Ingredients Required for Your Success This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 55 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things. This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us; we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment. Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.
