At our Hamburg, IA Conagra Plant, we're producing quality popcorn enjoyed by consumers across the country, bringing great-tasting snacks to life every day. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of around 100 associates.

Requirements

• This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 55 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.
• This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us; we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment.
• Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.

Responsibilities

• Operate different machines and equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the production equipment
• Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• Perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.
• Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
