About The Position

The Machine & Packaging Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production and packaging equipment to produce finished beverage products that meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role supports daily production goals through equipment operation, inspection, packaging, documentation, and general line support. Full-time, year-round manufacturing employment. As a Machine & Packaging Operator in our manufacturing facility, you will: Set up, operate, and monitor beverage production and packaging equipment Load raw materials and packaging materials into machines Perform quality checks to ensure products meet safety and company standards Inspect bottles, cans, labels, and packaging for defects Case pack finished products and assist with palletizing Maintain proper machine speeds to meet daily production goals Make minor machine adjustments to reduce downtime and waste Keep accurate production, safety, and quality records Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following GMP standards Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workstation Communicate with supervisors and team members about production issues Assist with product changeovers between production runs Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or packaging
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Team player with good communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical aptitude a plus
  • Forklift experience is a plus (certification available)
