Packaging Associate
About The Position
Reviews and fills pick tickets that require special packaging. Packages products for stock. Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Able to work from verbal and/or written instructions
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Pulls correct product from the bulk stock area and packs it into the appropriate special packaging
- Runs labels to meet customer needs
- Operates various packaging machines
- Ensures that work meets all quality standards
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste
- Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to supervisor
- Assists in order pulling when necessary
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
