About The Position
Packaging Associate I | HIRING IMMEDIATELY |Mineral Wells, WV Compensation Starting pay rate from $14.41/hour-Paid Weekly $1 differential for night shift! Available Shift 6:00 am-6:00 pm 6:00 pm-6:00am 2x2x3 schedule TEXT TO APPLY NUMBER: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for packing quality product into boxes for shipment. Checks finished product for quality issues, as it comes off the conveyor. Packs plastic containers and lids of various sizes into sleeves & boxes (0 to less than 5 pounds). Grinding scrap material out of sleeves (0 to less than 5 pounds). Hand tape or send boxed product to the “tape machine”. Responsible for keeping the work area clean. Builds and labels boxes as needed. Grinds poor quality product. Re-packs product as needed. Cleans inside and outside of machinery. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.
- Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
