Packaging Associate
About The Position
Cultivation, Processing & Production Technicians support daily operations across grow rooms, post-harvest areas, and production lines. Technicians will train on and perform tasks that include plant care, harvesting, trimming, material handling, batching, packaging, and operating production equipment. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow established SOPs. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform repetitive, labor-intensive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow SOPs, instructions, and quality standards
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Due to industry requirements, candidates must be 21 years or older
- Applicants must provide valid documentation verifying their authorization to work in the U.S.

- Cultivation, trim, processing, or production experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with batching, weighing, and preparing materials for production
- Support packaging, labeling, and assembly line processes
- Operate small production tools or automated equipment as trained
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Maintain organized storage of materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform clerical or documentation work related to production and post-harvest activities
- Dispose of waste according to state and local guidelines
- Keep all work areas immaculately clean and sanitize.
- Comply with chain-of-custody requirements and facility SOPs
- Support team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals
