High-Impact Role – Drive efficiency and scalability across logistics and distribution operations Remote Flexibility – Work from anywhere while collaborating with top-tier supply chain leaders Professional Growth – Expand your ERP expertise and gain exposure to integrations, reporting, and process improvements Collaborative Culture – Join a team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing Your Role & Responsibilities Configure and maintain P21 modules for logistics, inventory, warehouse management, purchasing, and order fulfillment Translate business requirements into effective P21 configurations and workflows Manage system setup for locations, warehouses, bins, carriers, freight terms, routing, and shipping integrations Optimize inventory controls, replenishment logic, and fulfillment processes within P21 Serve as the P21 SME for logistics and distribution teams Support integrations with 3PL, shipping platforms, EDI, and carrier systems Troubleshoot system issues impacting shipping, receiving, transfers, and inventory accuracy Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs Conduct system testing for configuration changes, upgrades, and new functionality Create documentation, SOPs, and train end users on logistics workflows in P21 Skills & Experience You Should Possess 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Epicor Prophet 21 ERP Strong functional knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management Hands-on experience with P21 logistics-related modules and workflows Ability to translate operational requirements into ERP configurations Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Experience with SQL, P21 reporting, or BI tools Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in supply chain process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) ERP upgrade or implementation experience Familiarity with Wireless Warehouse and Vendor Managed Inventory systems Education & Certifications You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred What We Offer At Trissential, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration. Requirements

5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Epicor Prophet 21 ERP
Strong functional knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management
Hands-on experience with P21 logistics-related modules and workflows
Ability to translate operational requirements into ERP configurations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience with SQL, P21 reporting, or BI tools

Nice To Haves

Experience in supply chain process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma)
ERP upgrade or implementation experience
Familiarity with Wireless Warehouse and Vendor Managed Inventory systems

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain P21 modules for logistics, inventory, warehouse management, purchasing, and order fulfillment
Translate business requirements into effective P21 configurations and workflows
Manage system setup for locations, warehouses, bins, carriers, freight terms, routing, and shipping integrations
Optimize inventory controls, replenishment logic, and fulfillment processes within P21
Serve as the P21 SME for logistics and distribution teams
Support integrations with 3PL, shipping platforms, EDI, and carrier systems
Troubleshoot system issues impacting shipping, receiving, transfers, and inventory accuracy
Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Conduct system testing for configuration changes, upgrades, and new functionality
Create documentation, SOPs, and train end users on logistics workflows in P21
