The People & Culture Workforce Partner serves as the primary on-site People & Culture leader responsible for workforce stability, employee relations execution, and regulatory workforce compliance within the skilled nursing facility. â This role ensures consistent application of People & Culture practices, supports leaders in managing workforce performance and conduct, and protects the organization’s operational readiness through accurate documentation, onboarding execution, and early intervention in workforce issues. â The Workforce Partner plays a critical role in strengthening retention, ensuring compliance readiness, and maintaining a professional, stable, and accountable workforce. â This position does not require a specific degree. The organization will train the right individual who demonstrates strong judgment, accountability, professionalism, and execution capability. â
