The People and Culture Business Partner will support the myWorkZone transition for P&C from legacy systems, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive the change, and supporting the roll out of training to staff. The role translates business needs into practical people strategies, proactively identifies and mitigates people risks associated with system and process change, and ensures alignment with policy, legislation, and contemporary P&C practices. The P&C Business Partner also supports leaders to navigate change impacts, build change capability, and sustain new ways of working post‑implementation.
