Join Gallagher’s Las Vegas team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and take the next step with a global leader in insurance brokerage. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse book of business across hundreds of carriers nationwide. You’ll gain hands-on experience with state regulations and insurance products, setting yourself up for rapid career growth within Gallagher’s Global Brokerage business. Position Details: Competitive Pay: $21.00/hour Location: 777 N. Rainbow, Las Vegas Training: Onsite training. Hybrid Flexibility: Following 1–2 months of comprehensive training and demonstrated performance, you’ll earn the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional in-office days for collaboration. Requirements

  • High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.
  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
  • Experience in Personal Lines insurance (sales, servicing, or account management).
  • Background in high-volume call centers or fast-paced brokerages.
  • Progress toward industry certifications like AINS, API, or CPCU.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for Clients: Provide exceptional service by understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Be a Technical Expert: Handle policy endorsements, inspections, appraisals, and remarketing with confidence.
  • Solve Problems: Research and resolve inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy details.
  • Educate Clients: Guide customers on Auto, Homeowners, and Umbrella policies to help them make informed decisions.
