About The Position

At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. Cocktail Servers are responsible for providing food and libations while offering customized recommendations. Our Cocktail Server will be primarily serving at our Oystercatchers Pool. The Cocktail Server will also service the upper and lower decks when needed. The right person should be familiar with the latest service standards, sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining excellent customer service. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous server experiences. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Previous Serving experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Must be willing to flex and serve on the upper and lower deck when needed.
