It is the responsibility of the Cocktail Server to obtain an assigned section/station from the Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor at the start of the work shift. The Cocktail Server receives drink and/or food orders from guests by up selling and suggestive selling by answering any questions about the specials offered. Must know how relay the orders to the Bartender and/or culinary staff by swiping the micros card. Responsible for serving the order to the guest, collecting money, and making change. The Cocktail Server is accountable for observing guests to ensure their expectations are exceeded. The Cocktail server will be RBS certified and practice this knowledge daily. Accountable for maintaining, stocking and cleanliness of their assigned sections, also displaying teamwork with co-workers when needed in other sections. The Cocktail Server is responsible for all monies collected, waste tickets, comp tickets and charge tickets needed for their drop procedure at the end of the shift. The Cocktail Server may be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training. Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately. Other duties as assigned.
