The Owner Ambassador acts as the primary point of contact to homeowners within Rentyl's property management program, developing the relationship between company and client and providing feedback to the entire operation. This agent will be in contact with all departments within the organization in order to satisfy all inquiries received from homeowners, from basic maintenance work orders to accounting, marketing and sales related questions, while assisting with processes such onboarding during Rent-Ready process, furniture replacement, and monthly statement reviews. Therefore, the Owner Ambassador must have a general understanding of the company's day-to-day operations and business strategy, and be able to communicate effectively through emails, calls and face-to-face meetings.
