About The Position

Sun Realty is seeking a full-time, year-round Owner Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting vacation property owners through accurate and dependable account management. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure owner accounts are handled efficiently and professionally, contributing to a positive experience for both owners and internal teams. Requirements

  • Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps
  • Lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs.
  • Reading, comprehension, analytical thinking, problem solving, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
  • Reliable transportation, with valid, active NC driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines)
  • Computers, copiers, all office equipment
  • Licensed by NC Real Estate Commission, active and in good standing.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Track, Streamline, and experience in property management is a plus
