About The Position

We’re looking for a Lead Retail Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience at Excalibur. In this role, you’ll support daily store operations, assist guests with a warm and professional approach, and help ensure the store remains organized, fully stocked, and on-brand. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to lead by example will help create memorable moments for our guests well beyond their stay.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in retail
• 6+ months of leadership experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months of leadership experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
• Achieve store goals
• Assist Sales Associates with questions
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
