The Housekeeping Overnight Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas, including conference center meeting rooms, floor cleaning, office space and public restrooms during the overnight shift. Responsibilities: Performs cleaning tasks in public areas and meeting rooms, including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping. Returns food & beverage service items found in the public areas to the proper department. Ensure that all equipment is distributed and maintained in proper operating order. Ensure that all public restrooms are stocked. Ensure delivery of guest request items to guest rooms. Ensure that trash is collected and disposed of properly. Maintains constant awareness of safety issues, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious persons). Reports all safety incidents to the on-duty supervisor. Report and deliver lost and found items to the Housekeeping office. Report any needed repairs immediately to supervisor (such as leaky faucets or toilets, loose tiles, etc.). Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.
