WE LOVE OUR WORK.
Lead team on day-to-day operations, providing guidance, motivation, and support to EVS Deep Cleaners.
Oversea department and offer a high level of experience and responsibility.
Identify and resolve problems within EVS guidelines.
Operate carpet shampooer and buffer.
Use a high lift to clean ceiling fixtures.
Recognize and ensure appropriate chemicals are used when cleaning and mixing appropriate chemicals.
Moving furniture and cleaning of assigned areas.
Maintain and clean machines after use.
Report any problems to management.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Mop, scrub, rinse and polish hard floors.
Move, rearrange and clean furniture.
Operate and control all mechanical equipment including rotary machines, blowers and backpack vacuums.
Provide exceptional Customer Service to all guests.

Requirements

• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be comfortable working at high heights.
• Must be able to use and control various mechanical equipment.
• Operating shampooing and sweeping equipment.
• Able to use ladders, as well as clean ground level areas.
• Performing duties with a sense of urgency.
• Working as a team with other employees.
• Transporting all supplies to and from work areas.
• Operating the following equipment to include: vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mop and broom.
• Other duties, as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.
• Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to perform these operations using units of America money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
• Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by PENN Entertainment, Inc. auto insurance carrier.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
• Team Members must be drug free.
