About The Position

Hibu is seeking Outside Sales Representatives for a position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a base salary with full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, and ongoing companywide support, to help individuals win and grow their careers, even for those switching career paths into sales. Expected first-year on-target earnings are between $110,000-$120,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and bonuses, and year two on-target earnings between $120,000-$140,000. Responsibilities

Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
