About The Position

Hibu is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to sell Digital Marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. This role offers significant earning potential with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, in addition to a base salary and full benefits. Hibu provides comprehensive training, starting with 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of on-the-job field training, along with ongoing company-wide support, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to grow their sales career or transition into sales. The position operates in a hybrid sales environment, combining home office work with in-field activities. Key responsibilities include cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments, conducting thorough needs assessments, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. Representatives are expected to build and grow their own book of business by assisting small businesses, earning residual commissions through strong account management. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
