About The Position

Hibu is seeking Outside Sales Representatives for a hybrid sales position offering unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, in addition to a base salary and full benefits. The role is ideal for individuals looking to start or switch into a sales career, as Hibu provides best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of field training, along with ongoing company-wide support. Representatives will be responsible for selling Digital Marketing solutions, such as Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO, using a partnership selling model. Key activities include cold calling, prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments, conducting needs assessments, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. The position involves growing a personal book of business, helping small businesses succeed, and earning residual commissions through strong account management. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
