Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Accounts (KC Metro) Rigdon Inc. | Kansas City, MO/KS | Full-Time Base Salary | Uncapped Bonus | Company Vehicle Included Are you a closer who'd rather be on the road than behind a desk? Rigdon Inc. — a 30-year property maintenance company growing fast in KC — is looking for a sales rep to own the Kansas City metro area. You'll sell window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, commercial handyman services, holiday lights, and more directly to large commercial accounts across the KC metro area. Company vehicle. Real base salary. Bonus with no ceiling. And a territory that's wide open What the job looks like day-to-day You drive the KC Metro. You walk into businesses. You build relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and decision makers — and you close them on recurring service agreements. No cold calling lists. No cubicle. Just you, your vehicle, and a proven service that sells itself once people see the work. Why is this role different Most sales jobs hand you a phone and a quota. This one hands you a vehicle and a territory. KC is growing. Large commercial properties need maintenance. And we don't have enough people to keep up with the opportunity. Requirements
- 2+ years in outside or B2B sales (property services, facilities, or commercial a plus)
- You generate your own leads — you don't wait for someone to hand them to you
- Experience targeting large commercial accounts: churches, restaurants, hotels, and standalone businesses
- Driver's license and a good driving record
- Strong closer who can build trust fast and follow through
