The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for: Primary customer interface, providing details of Pro-Tek’s services and solutions to customers Develop new customers while expanding established accounts Work independently to schedule 5 to 7 customer meetings weekly (remote or in person) Prepare and maintain business plan to meet Pro-Tek sales targets and business objectives Ability to create estimates and proposals Present to clients while effectively articulating the specifics Work closely with clients to provide custom solutions to meet desired specifications for automation and measurement applications Stay up to date with industry trends as it relates to customer requirements, opportunities and timelines Knowledge of instrumentation and measurement products Build long‐term partnerships with senior management for key customer accounts along with developing a complete understanding of organizational structures and key buying influences
